Get your maths hat on to defeat the monsters!

In ancient times, hundreds of years before the dawn of history, lived a brave, heroic group of warriors who defended their village from cruel monsters. They chose not to use weapons, but instead relied on the magical power of mathematics. This game has faithfully recreated these battles to pay tribute to these number wizards, and as a sneaky way to get everyone to sharpen their own maths skills.

You begin your fearless quest by selecting your mathematical operation – addition, subtraction, multiplication and division – and then you choose a level. How many points you score will depend on what you choose, as multiplication and division will earn you more points as they’re a little trickier to do – especially when there’s a monster running towards you. During your quest, you will be presented with a maths question to solve, which you’ll do by selecting the correct answer. If you’re right, your maths wizard will fire a bolt of power at them and you will be safe. If you select an incorrect answer, you lose the game and will have to begin again.
